Sarah Mclaughlin
follows your loan from submission to settlement. She will be in touch with lenders on your behalf, organise bank accounts for you and check your documents to make sure they are correct before you sign them. Sarah understands that your purchase or refinance is important to you, and she is happy to remind the banks that you are a person, not a number.

_mg_2708_lrDebbie Latter looks after our clients after their loans settle. She contacts them on a regular basis and monitors their loan in regards to interest only periods and fixed rate terms. Debbie’s priority is for our clients to be confident that they are continuing on the path to financial freedom. She does this by discussing their current situation and organising reviews for them when necessary. She understands that even if our clients are still happy with their loan, reviewing their loans is important as there may be another product or structure that is more suitable to them now.
