Alanna is a finance professional with over 15 years’ experience in banking and finance, bringing a strong background in credit, lending strategy and loan structuring.

As our Loan Submission Manager, Alanna plays a key role in making sure every loan application runs smoothly from start to finish. She’s a true numbers whizz with a sharp eye for detail, ensuring each deal is packaged correctly and given the best chance of success.

Beyond the numbers, Alanna is known for her warm, caring approach and genuine commitment to client experience. She takes pride in making the process feel calm, clear and well supported, so clients always feel looked after.

Alanna is married with three children and she brings valuable personal insight as someone who has been a first home buyer, next home buyer, property investor, and renovator. As a business owner herself, Alanna understands the realities behind the numbers, which adds valuable insight when supporting a wide range of clients. She has also completed a Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping, strengthening her ability to manage complex submissions with confidence.

With a Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking, Vanessa has been in the industry for more than 30 years. Her passion is helping clients achieve their property goals—whether it’s buying their first home or building an investment portfolio. Vanessa is dedicated to guiding clients through the process and making it as smooth and stress-free as possible.

With two grown boys in the military and two grandchildren, she treats every client with the same care and commitment as she would her own family.

Amy is business-minded and innovative. Known for being highly organised and always willing to go the extra mile, Amy shines in her role as our Head of Marketing & Business Development.

Amy brings a well-rounded array of knowledge and experience to the team, holding a Diploma of Finance, a Bachelor of Business, and a Master of Digital Marketing, along with hands-on experience in property investment and development.

Amy’s aim is to inspire and empower people to go after their dreams, whether it’s achieving financial independence, buying their first home, or growing their investment portfolio.
